If you have tried everything in your healing journey and nothing seems to work and doctors seem to have no explanation, consider DNRS. This program helped me recognize the lymbic system trauma patterns that were holding my nervous system in “fight or flight” and causing havoc in my body. This program is intensive and takes a lot of time (1 hour + each day for 6 months to a year) but it will transform the rest of your life. After multiple travel taumas throughout my 20’s and 30’s, I began to have PTSD after returning home from the Nepal earthquakes in April of 2015. EMDR helped access my subconscious and bring to the surface what was causing my unconscious reactions. When trauma happens, this gets stored in the right/emotional side of the brain, making us feel like we are “drowning”. Through eye movements which access both the left and right sides of the brain, we begin to repair this one sided response by welcoming in the left/logic side of the brain.
